Valentine Sweetheart Dinner - Chef Rick will be preparing chilled spicy watermelon soup followed by slow roasted angus prime rib and chicken picatta with wild mushrooms, garlic and lemon capers. Dinner will be served with organic fingerly potatoes, sauteed blue lake greens and sweet peppers. Chocolate lava souffle cake for dessert. Betty Byers and the Candle Light String trio will be providing the entertainment. Thursday Feb 16 from 5 to 7 in the SG dining room.
Neon Winter Dance - Come join us for the Neon Winter Dance on Thursday, January 26th at 9 pm. Hosted by Building 5 Manager Katrina and Building 13 Manager Katie. Sign ups begin on Monday October 5th. Wetsuits, boards and lunch are provided. You must know how to swim, be 18 or older and sign a liability release waiver. Chilled Garden Gazpacho Soup with Herbed Crostini. Garlic Cheddar Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes, French cut Green Beans with Crispy Sweet Onions and Sautéed Mushrooms.
