Kayaking - This Saturday March 7th at Morro Bay. Sign up sheet at the front desk in the Business Office. Complimentary sack lunch included. Must be a current resident and sign a liability release. Valentine Sweetheart Dinner - This year Chef Rick will be preparing slow roasted Prime Rib with fresh Rosemary Au Jus. Jumbo Shrimp with Assorted Dipping Sauces. Vegetarian Butternut Squash Raviolis with Browned Butter & Sage. A Mixed Green Salad with Caramelized Bleu Cheese, Candied Walnuts and Fresh Blueberries with Raspberry Champagne Vinaigrette. Chilled Garden Gazpacho Soup with Herbed Crostini. Garlic Cheddar Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes, French cut Green Beans with Crispy Sweet Onions and Sautéed Mushrooms. Dessert will be New York Cheesecake with Minted Fresh Berry Sauce and Chocolate Covered Strawberries. Dinner music will be provided by the Candlelight Classical Strings Trio. Singled Out - Want a shot at love with Stenner Glen’s very own Bachelor and Bachelorette? Surf lessons - Interested in learning how to surf? Free surfing lessons will be given on Saturday October 11th to the first 10 girls and 10 guys who sign up at the desk in the Business Office. Sign ups begin on Monday October 6th. Meet by the front office at 8:30am sharp. Wetsuits, boards and lunch are provided. You must know how to swim, be 18 or older and sign a liability release waiver. SG residents only - Guests are invited to watch.

Kayaking - The 20 winners of the drawing held during Singled Out will get half a day of kayaking (4 hours) on the beautiful Morro Bay Estuary. Sack lunch provided – picnic on the ocean side of the peninsula (sand spit).
Must be a resident of Stenner Glen and sign a liability release. Saturday, March first 9:00am to 1:00pm.

Valentine Sweetheart Dinner - Join us for a Chef Rick special of New York Strip Steak with smoked wild mushroom bordelaise sauce. Prosciutto wrapped asparagus. Roasted new potatoes with fresh rosemary. Puff pastry with smoked salmon and cream cheese. Waldorf salad with sparkling cider vinaigrette. Dessert is Chocolate soufflé lava cakes with raspberry sauce. And hand-dipped chocolate strawberries. Dinner music will be provided by the Candlelight Strings Trio. Thursday February 14th.

Food Drive - Stenner Glen is currently holding a food drive for people in need. All items will be donated to First Baptist Church of San Luis Obispo. We will accept donations starting November 1st, through November 15th. Bring them to your RA's, and there will be a pizza party prize for the building that donates the most food! Acceptable items include: stuffing mix, cranberry sauce, turkey gravy, canned goods, chicken broth, cereal, cake mix, top ramen, pasta, spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce, macaroni and cheese, rice, jello, juice and tuna.

Watch "Wedding Crashers" by the pool on Wednesday night May 30th. The movie will start around 8:30.
